I've read the entire Pretty Guardian manga and watched a lot of the original anime! I grew up with Sailor Moon since before I was a teen lol! As long as you have a general familiarity with the characters, you'll be good!

Chiba Mamoru/Tsukino Usagi & Prince Endymion/Princess Serenity

• Ahh, a childhood classic OTP! I love them so much because I love how Mamoru initially puts a cold, antagonistic exterior and Usagi often fights with him but Mamoru's bullying turns into "affectionate" bullying and they slowly realize their feelings for each other. It's just so sweet! Under all of the mutual antagonizing each other and getting on each other's nerves, it's obvious they truly care about each other. Can't go wrong with this ship!

Tenko Haruka/Tsukino Usagi

• I always thought it was really cute how Usagi immediately fell for Haruka, regardless of gender. I like to think they work because Haruka's boyish, rough-edged charms clash with Usagi's bubbly, feminine demeanor! Haruka and Usagi would've been a superior butch/femme couple in my opinion. 

Kaiou Michiru/Tenoh Haruka

• Everyone's favorite "cousins" lol. They're not cousins, just the most legendary wlw 90's shoujo couple aside from whatever Revolutionary Girl Utena had going on. I like this ship because Michiru, like Usagi, takes pride in having a feminine demeanor. She just has a much more subdued personality and can actually calm down/counter Haruka's rebelliousness. 

Kino Makoto/Tsukino Usagi

• I ship Usagi with everyone apparently. Both Usagi and Makoto have fiery attitudes but I like how they're always supporting each other! Makoto may make fun of Usagi for being a crybaby sometimes (when Makoto's being a hothead) but she'll jump at the chance to fight anyone to protect Usagi, and Usagi would do the same for Makoto. They're both equally immature but they can put away their childish behaviors when it really counts.

My favorite anime idc what anyone says. I've seen it all the way through a thousand times probably lol.

Fujioka Haruhi/Suoh Tamaki

• I'm a fan of Tamaki's cheerful optimism that can honestly turn into obliviousness versus how down to Earth and realistic Haruhi is. Tamaki may be clueless as to how non-millionaires live, but he never comes from a place of malice. He genuinely cares about Haruhi, even when he's being overbearing. Haruhi is also unafraid to put her foot down and communicate with Tamaki. They're a very good ship <3.

Ootori Kyoya/Suoh Tamaki

• This is a crack ship for me tbh but I do think there's a lot that can come from Tamaki and Kyoya both coming from equally rich homes but both of them have a skewed view of family. Kyoya's father is always present in Kyoya's life to the point of suffocation, yet Kyoya's father is also a physically abusive piece of garbage. Tamaki, on the other hand, doesn't have a family outside of his staff but they treat him with reserved love. I think it's interesting how Tamaki is so positively overbearing towards Kyoya (who's barely ever received affection before meeting Tamaki).

I've played the first two Danganronpa games and I'm very familiar with the third game! Canon-typical major character death is okay here! If you decide to kill off a character, please let it be one who canonically dies.

Gokuhara Gonta/Tanaka Gundham

• I like the dynamic of "gentle giant vs small but deadly." Gundham doesn't trust easily but once he sees that Gonta shares a common interest (animal handling), that basically wins his heart (even when he won't admit it to himself). Gundham is also a massive tsundere and would rather chew ice than admit that there's room in his "cold dark ice palace of a heart" than admit he likes Gonta. Gonta, meanwhile, trusts almost too easily and isn't scared of Gundham's attempts to push him away because Gonta knows that Gundham has a mushy side to him. Also I love the contrast between Gonta's rudimentary language versus Gundham going on pretentious monologues!

Sonia Nevermind/Soda Kazuichi/Tanaka Gundham

• I just like these three hanging out! Gundham and Sonia geek out easily over macabre subject matters that freak Kazuichi out. It's funny to see Kazuichi assume a protective role over Sonia when he's in actuality a massive chicken (and Sonia is much braver than he is). Sonia and Gundham actually have to protect him sometimes haha! But of course, Kazuichi will play it off like he's nothing.

Harukawa Maki/Momota Kaito/Saihara Shuichi

• This throuple is just Guys Being Dudes. Kaito's an infectious ball of energy despite dealing with internal problems, and his two partners include Maki (who's completely jaded) and Shuichi (who's honestly intimidated by Kaito's dominant personality). Even though Kaito can be a bit over-the-top, Maki and Shuichi's lowkey demeanors help balance Kaito out!
